Compass Global Business Services is proud to have been part of the development of the U.S. Navy's Personal Gear Issue (PGI) Program. PGI is designed for tracking service members standard issue and mission critical operational gear throughout their career and frequent transitions.  The PGI Program's initial focus is with members of  the Naval Special Warfare Command and is part of the overall Supply Chain Management tools developed for the war fighter to ensure access to and record of serviceable personal gear.  

Some of the most critical equipment items provided to Special Operations Forces involve their personal gear; they are items of clothing and protective equipment – both ballistic and environmental – that ensure their ability to survive, function and thrive across their complex operational spectrum.
