Compass Global Business Services is proud to have been part of the development of the U.S. Navy's Personal Gear Issue (PGI) Program. PGI is designed to track service members' standard-issue and mission-critical operational gear throughout their careers and frequent transitions.  

Some of the most critical equipment items provided to Special Operations Forces involve their personal gear; they are items of clothing and protective equipment – both ballistic and environmental – that ensure their ability to survive, function, and thrive across their complex operational spectrum.
